We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or restricted areas.
Hazardous or restricted electronic goods may not be eligible for international shipping due to compliance regulations.
All risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Delayed, lost, or stolen packages after dispatch.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damage during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for such claims.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using trackable shipping services for high-value items.
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Claims for missing items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient proof or are submitted beyond the timeframe.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
For international orders:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or refusal of entry.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.
