Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must request the return within 7 days of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Electronics
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products showing signs of wear or modification
Items returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice
Sale, clearance, or discounted items
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@virevo.in with order details and photos/videos of the issue.
If eligible, we will offer a replacement or repair. Refunds will only be provided if replacement is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account and transaction history again.
Contact your credit card provider (some banks take longer to post refunds).
